Removal of the
Club Refreshment Stand
Submitted to Club Management & the Board of Directors
We, the undersigned members of Racketeers Padel Club, hereby submit this formal petition to club management and the Board of Directors, respectfully calling for the immediate review and removal of the current refreshment stand operating on club premises.
As members who invest our time, energy, and membership fees into building a vibrant and welcoming padel community, we believe the club's facilities should reflect the same standard of excellence we bring to the court. Regrettably, the current refreshment stand falls significantly short of that standard.
Poor Standard of Service
Members have consistently experienced slow, inattentive, and discourteous service at the refreshment stand. Unreasonable wait times — particularly during peak hours and post-match periods — are disruptive to the overall club experience. The manner in which patrons are attended to is inconsistent with the warm, community-first ethos that Racketeers Padel represents.
Inadequate Variety of Offerings
The current menu is severely limited and fails to cater to the diverse dietary needs and preferences of our membership. There is a notable absence of healthy options, post-exercise recovery foods, plant-based alternatives, and sufficient non-alcoholic beverage choices. A padel club of our calibre and community size warrants a refreshment offering that is both thoughtful and inclusive.
Sub-Par Food & Beverage Quality
Multiple members have raised concerns regarding the quality, freshness, and preparation of food and beverages sold at the stand. Stale or poorly prepared items, beverages served at incorrect temperatures, and general inconsistency in product quality are unacceptable for a facility that charges members for access. This not only diminishes the post-match experience but reflects poorly on the club's brand and reputation.
We respectfully request that club management immediately review the performance and tenure of the current refreshment stand operator, and take decisive action toward its removal. In its place, we urge the club to seek a replacement operator — or explore in-house management — that can deliver a quality refreshment experience befitting a progressive, community-driven padel club.
We are not merely lodging a complaint — we are advocating for a better club for everyone. We trust that management shares this vision and will act with urgency.
